My sister and I have decided to take a Zumba class. In case you don't know what Zumba is (I didn't until I looked it up), it is a dance fitness class. Something like hip hop cardio. The class is 45 minutes long so I'm sure I'll be quite sore by the end. With any luck, my sister and I will be little fat burners by the end of the 6-week session. I'm hopeful!
