One of my not-resolution goals this year is to get healthier. Not necessarily lose weight (Sorry drug companies, your Leptovox will not be purchased by me!), just get healthier. As such, I've been eating salad at least three times a week at work. They're big salads so I don't feel hungry a half hour later and they are filled with awesomely healthy ingredients. I haven't joined the gym yet but I'm hoping to by the end of the month. I vow to be a healthier and stronger woman!
