I'm planning on joining one of the gyms near my house. It's been almost 7 years since my daughter was born and I haven't really made a valid attempt to lose the weight I gained from my pregnancy. Of course, it annoys the crap out of me. I have looked into other forms of weight loss besides exercise but it's difficult to believe in anything when you see things like "best fat burners!" Or "this will make the pounds slide right off!" I'll fully admit that I don't really want to go to the gym a couple of times a week and work out. It's not fun. But there isn't really any other healthy way to lose weight, is there?
