In an attempt to get into shape, I will be joining a gym soon. I'm not looking to lose a certain amount of weight or anything. I'd just like to lose some inches from my waist and make my legs stronger. So I plan on using the treadmills as my warm up and cool down sections. In between, I'll work on whatever part I feel I need to work on. Hopefully I can look at least a little bit better by the end of the summer.
