As I'm sure I've mentioned before, I've been working out in order to lose some weight. I did ponder taking weight loss pills but they really scare me. A lot. So instead of trying to find some easy route, here I am going to the gym three days a week and trying my best to eat healthy foods. Unfortunately, I ended up taking last week off from everything due to my daughter's birthday and finalizing plans on her party. But I'm confident that I can get back into the groove.
